Holds Bachelor of Laws degree (LL.B.) from the University of Haifa and a Master of Laws (LL.M.) from the University of Haifa in the honors program. She holds a lawyer license since 2007.
During 2008 until 2017, she held the position of a legal counsel in the public service, and was involved in the fields of criminal law, civil law, administrative law and regulation in addition to cyber and technology law.
During 2020, Adv. Botzer Romano replaced the legal counsel of Israel Land Authority.
