Our firm has knowledge and a wealth of experience in the field of Planning and. Our team of lawyers provides legal advise to the firm’s clients already from the stage of plan accompaniment or the application of a permit/license until the approval thereof, and if needed representation in legal proceedings or before bodies that appeal the planning. Likewise, the department specializes in the handling and representation of administrative petitions in planning and building matters, claims under Section 179 of the Planning and Building Law, appeals and civil claims in subjects related to the planning process, including betterment and  development taxes and the collection thereof.

In addition, our firm represents clients before courts in different jurisdictions in the field of planning and building, including extensive experience in claims or appeals under Section 179 of the Planning and Building Law 5725-1965, betterment tax, land taxes, administrative petitions and matters related thereto.

Ongoing and complete treatment before the planning institution. On the one hand our firm represents those requesting permits and also those objecting to the granting thereof, including appearances before appeal committees and courts in administrative matters throughout Israel.

Adv. Amiel has a wealth of experience in representing District Planning and Building Committees as a state prosecutor on behalf of the Attorney General and the enforcement unit of real estate laws in the State Attorney Office, to enforce the provisions of the Planning and Building Law 5725-1965 and the Regulations pursuant thereto, on the one hand at an administrative level and also at a criminal level.
